Plum low carb cake

This one is a very light cake , a favorite in our house that I adapted to be low carb and just a sprinke of sugar.

My dish size fits 6 plums… washed and cut in half placed faced down on a layer of butter. Then i sprinke with coconut sugar and some cinnamon.

Then mix 4 eggs well, add 6 tablespoons of monk fruit sweetener (or any if your choice) , sprinkle of salt, then add 600ml cold milk slowly. At the end use 4 tablespoons of almond flour. And pour over the plums.

Then in the oven in goes for 20-30 min (till it browna) at 350F.
